1. In brief, the "+" button at the top inside the modification section of my admin panel is showing the error at line 6
2 The download button in the modification section and Edit button is showing the rest of the errors at line 96 and 97 please help.
These issues are not letting me use the COD function of my website.

Because button_new, button_edit, button_download do not exist in a default installation ..
