Any Fixed PayPal Express problem with journal 3

Opencart 3.0.3.2
Journal 3

Wondering if anyone else has fixed the paypal express checkout problem with Journal 3 ( Confirm Order Button does nothing just loads and loops )

Therefore ask the support of Journal.

So has anyone fixed that issue? Asking because I am having it right now. Tried a fix suggested in another topic by straightlight but to no avail. I am using Journal 3 on OC 3.0.3.1
