Hello, I'm using OC 3.0.3.2.
Everything was fine since suddenly i get logged out of admin all the time during all sessions. I just can access a few tabs but mainly i got dropped out with invalid session token.
The problem is, that i made backups but still even at the backups when everything still was fine don´t work anymore. Host is the same with another OC 3 shop, where everything is still working. That's why I'm confused. Tried a lot of things, clearing storage eg but i don't get a regular session anymore.
Does anybody have a clue why this suddenly can happen? As well without real changes because like i said I'm using backups. Could it be a cache problem or a problem at storage? Helpless.. Thanks in advance

Oh as well the page i got redirected to looks like domain.com/admin/#tab-font or domain.com/admin/#collapse3
Is it a hack?

If you are being redirected to a site other than your own I would be very worried it is a hack.

Do you see the session token in the url, does it stay consistent after login?

It appears to be javascript errors. Don't worry, it is not hacking at least. If you click the browser back button, you will find yourself as logged again.

Grab the javascript error using the chrome developer tool and share it here to get help. Open the Chrome developer tool and click the button that makes you logged out. The error may go away instantaneously so be quick to take a screenshot :)

Hello, thank you!
I´m not redirected to another domain, just used domain.com instead of domain name.
I get following javascript errors

GET https://domain.com/admin/view/javascrip ... UEEqI6O.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
(index):9 Uncaught ReferenceError: mod_pagespeed_RpC9juSICI is not defined

I don´t have a clue about javascript.

As the error is not fully written again without link

You might be out of disk space? That prevents session files being created and therefore stops you logging in.

Thank you but it´s unlimited disk space, eventhough i made some space and still the problem. I think it´s caused by a misconfiguration of the themefiles so therefore i´ll try this first and then contact the professional. But maybe still you're right at the server needing too much RAM. Thank you for your answer

Whilst turning mod_pagesped off has fixed the issue, it may possibly be that only one feature of mod_pagespeed was causing the issue.

Turning it off completely may well slow down the site as you are no longer benefiting from any of it's features.

If you can access the config for mod_pagespeed, you can see what features are enabled and programatically enable/disable individual features to find which particular one is causing the error.
