Hi
I have Opencart Journal installed with a hosting provider. Changes made in Journal do not "Save". ie I can enter a new replacement logo but the change will not save.
The Journal help desk says that it's the hosting that's at fault by ot allowing the save. The hosting provider blames the journal template. I'm stuck in the middle lacking the technical expertise to offer a solution
I would certainly welcome any suggestions as to how I can bring about a resolution.
Thanks for any replies.

I see users posting their issues with Journal here almost every day. First thing to do is to switch to the default theme and then try to change the logo, to see whether this works. If it does, then the issue is with Journal, if it still doesn't work, then it might be helpful if you could post some more details of what exactly you did, including error messages in the OpenCart error.log.

You probably need a friendly freelancer or OpenCart support company such as ourselves to come to with issues such as this. This type of issue is a bit of a tricky one for the forum as a developer would ideally need to try a few things on your site to try and identify the problem.paul160442 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:03 pmThe Journal help desk says that it's the hosting that's at fault by ot allowing the save.
