I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I would like when you hover over a carousel image, a button appears in the slider over that individual image (Probably called View Product). When the button is clicked, it goes to that specific product. If you hover over that image in the example above, you will notice that a button appears to the top left. This is frequently seen on amazon's homepage as well.
I am using OC Version 3.0.3.2

Thank you for the recommendations, I have seen a few reviews on the Journal theme, however, I love the Default Opencart Theme, I love the look, colors, etc. I will upload a screenshot of my website as soon as I am through, you will be amazed to see what I have done with the Default theme.

Ummm, no. Journal is not considered a good theme by the majority of OpenCart developers as explained here:
