hi, im using OC 2.3.0.2, after upgrade to journal 3, i cant create new account. when i click submit register button the page directly to same page(register page).

Try to disable that extension who use subdistrict

Try without Journal, the latter is one of the worst OpenCart themes causing clashes with many other 3rd party extensions, including possibly the one which introduces the 'subdistrict' variable. You may also want to get in touch with the Journal support if you really have to use this theme. Yours is not an OpenCart bug!
