Could any one please recommend a plugin that allows buyer to pay their orders without client sending proof of transfer/payment (receipt)?
I mean, the buyer transfer to a the shop's virtual account, then the order status automatically change to paid.
Please help.

The only thing to achieve this is via API. If the payment service you're using or want to use have API, then it is possible to create extension for it and change order status automatically. Otherwise you can't.

you can achieve the desired feature by a custom module
you just need a payment API with which you need this feature,
you can simply achieve by using addOrderHistory function once all validation for your payment is true
