Contact us is not working

I need help with this issue.
I havent receiving emails from "contact us" form, and when I tried to send a message from it, I got this error:

Have you set the Mail option to Mail (php) in Admin - System - Settings - Mail, or to SMTP? And also, which version of Opencart are you using
