Sorry for the probably stupid question.
Can someone please tell me how many days a product is considered as "NEW" in opencart.
Also if there is a way to change the days a product will be considered as "NEW"?
I have searched in google and in the forums but without result.

If you mean the Latest module there is no way to change this.
It looks for the date the product is added to your Products in the database.
And depending on the settings you configured it shows for example the last 5 Products added.

What i want to know is how a product is considered New.
How many days will it get the new tag on the image and how can i change the days it will keep being a new product.
Not the Latest module etc.
Just how the "New" tag shows.

I am using Journal 2.
After some search now that you said i have to check the template, i found at Journal Settings - Global - Product Labels that it has an item limit on showing the new label.
So unfortunately i cannot make a product stay new for longer unless i wont update with new products -_-

I think I did a "Date Added" extension that might help with that.

I guess you could change the product ‘date added’ Field directly in the MySQL database as a quick fix. The system would think it new again? I’m gonna try it!
