Not to sound stupid but were do I find the CC number, tried: Admin -> Sales ->Order -> Edit not listed anywhere

neither are correct.
The readme comes with a single line edit that will put the cc details right on the first page of the admin order edit page.
The info is right at the bottom.
There is no way for the offline cc to even go to a missing order status as it has no callback. It goes directly to the chosen state. Be sure you've grabbed the latest from your account page on my site.
