You can't --- passwords are hashed and encrypted for security. The whole point is that if someone compromises your database, they don't get an entire list of email/password combinations they can try on various sites.
You'll have to use an import/export extension to move the customer over, along with their hashed password. If you can't do that, customers will have to re-register on their own. Or, you could register for them with a temp password, then send them an e-mail telling them they need to reset their password using the "forgot your password" link at your website).

iam also facing this same problem, i am having the mobile app and i export customer data, the data consists of customer's password also, when i am trying to import on OC the password makes me paused, is there any way to import those customer data with temp password?

The only way I can think to do that would be to register a test customer with a password you know, then export it and look at their password and salt entries, and copy those for every customer. I would REALLY advise against that, though, since everyone on your site would end up with the same password, which is basically asking to be hacked. All someone would need to know is another user's e-mail address, and they'd be able to log in. Much better to just let customers reset their passwords on their own.
