I shifted domain now it is creating problems in opencart

Hello,
I have an opencart site hosted on godaddy server. Now I am changing my plan on godaddy server so I need to shift my code and database. What I did is I downloaded my online uploaded folder and database from phpmyadmin and then I uploaded in my new package. Now what happening is some part of webpage is not loading properly. Image is attached. I have uploaded 2 files original file and new file. I both files I have marked an portion which is missing in my new page. Pls help me out. help is appreciated.

You need to update your config.php files properly.

I tried to solve out my problem. I have succeeded upto some extent. My directory structure is public_html/cogafimart/ (due to some reasons I am not able to plcae my files directly under root folder, one reason is if I place under root folder storage folder have to shift outside public_html, is it will be accessible from there?) when I type cogafimart.in it displays home page where breadcrumb says Home/Page Not Found (SS is attached). Why I am not getting why this is error is on home page. when I type http://cogafimart.in/index.php?route=common/home page is displayed without any error. Anybody can help me out? Help is appreiciated.
