I have purchased a module but i am unhappy. He keeps mailing me with 'solutions' i am, after 3 weeks, no longer interested

I have told him, in ALL CAPS and swear words to never even contact me again. He keeps emailing me. I blocked him out of my site by changing the FTP password and changing the admin password to my site. He keeps mailing me i thought to just ignore him from that point on

Now he emails me he made 'bugfixes' again!!!! And now my site (I was working on it as he mailed me) is suddenly very slow. He mailed me it wasn't his fault. He won't tell me how he gained access!

How do i get this guy to stop?! I just want a refund.

I also left a bad review on his module but he just removed it! https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=15580 (I left a new one just now. Before it was a request for help as i was IGNORED FOR A WEEK per email (How i wish he ignored me now...)

How can i secure my site so this hacker cannot make more unwanted changes to my site?

Why do you have FTP enabled on a server connected onto the internet?

I would have thought that 95% of hosting accounts would have FTP enabled

Check if he has created any new admin accounts. Also, check for any SSH accounts in your cPanel apart from the FTP accounts.
