When Adding Item to Cart: Fatal Error Uncaught Exception: Error: Unknown column 'ip' in 'field list'
Hello OC Forums!
I have been building a new e-commerce website for our company, so far I've been able to conquer any php issues but this one has me lost.
Any instruction or recommendations on how to diagnose or solve this error would be much appreciated.

EDIT: This started occurring after I installed and configured a payment module, I'm not sure this relates to the issue, just wanted to add more information.

apparently some modification you have did not install properly.
it expects that there is an "ip" column in the cart table which is normally not there.

Indeed, and sometimes just adding the column manually will fix.

Thanks for the help!
The issue was caused after I installed the "AJAX Quick Checkout" Module from ShopUnity, and then tried disabling and uninstalling it.
After re-installing and keeping it disabled the issue no longer occurs, I am contacting their support team for further instructions on removing this module entirely.
