Total quantity of products in category

Hello again,

I feel totally embarassed because I just still ask, but I'd like to ask you about one question:
is there a possibility to get a number of total quantity of products in each category?

For example I've got category "Cars" connected with three products, so in the menu will be written:
Cars (3)

etc., I think you understand.

Please, if anyone knows, help me. Thank you very much.

I rather rewrite my question, because I wrote it too late in the night and it seems to be little bit not understandable.

Is there any solution, how to show how many products is in each category in menu?
