DPD UK - Opencart 3.0

I have come across an issue I was wondering if someone can shed some light on.

I would like to have a DPD integration for an expressed next day shipping at a set value.

I noticed DPD is available for integration to 2.0 + - however after speaking to DPD themselves they made me aware that this was for .com on international.

On the marketplace there seems to be modules for near enough every other country in Europe, will there be a DPD UK Integration available for opencart 3.0?

It solely depends, if they have an API for this. If they do, then it doesn't matter, which OC version you're using, because a corresponding extension can be created. As far as I know, there is an API, but details should be clarified before going further.

Surely you will find a bunch of 3rd party services, who already creates such integration on their server and now offering themselves as intermediary. But they will charge you monthly for this.

So it's up to you to decide, if you want to invest in standalone self-hosted solution, for which you pay once, or use a 3rd party service with monthly payments.

Thanks for the replies, I've come to terms with just accepting to duplicate the flat shipping rate and naming it DPD for now. This will do the trick
