Send email copy to admin from Customer Order page 'Notify Customer'

Hi,

OC 3.0.2.0. with Journal Theme.
I would like to send an extra email copy to admin from the Customer Order page when I 'Notify Customer'
Is this possible in 3.0.30 with the Journal theme or do I need a mod ?

I'm sure there's an extension somewhere that copies the admin email on all emails but I can't find it after a quick search ...
