SEO setup help

I am looking for someone who knows how to fully setup the seo.

When i do it its only the sitemap contct us etc that work the rest of my site gives an error.
Please let me know if you can do it for me and how much you charge.

I have been told by the server company that the apache module mod-rewrite is installed.
