Hello,

I have 2 problems for the moment:

1. When i try to restore a backup i receive this message "File could not be found!"
2. I am trying to install Journal 3 Theme. I installed theme like it said in the manual, but when i try to access the site it tell me "Make sure you have refreshed Opencart Modifications." ( i allready refreshed OpenCart Modifications but same message ).
Update: I succeded to install Journal 3 Theme, but now when i want to import Demo i have problem with UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE 2M and POST_MAX_SIZE 8M php.ini: /opt/alt/php55/etc/php.ini
I don't know where is the /opt/alt/php55/etc/php.ini, because this path it is not on my host CPanel.

Can somenone help me?

Thank you very much!

Basically don't use the built-in backup/restore system as described here:

Yes, but i need to restore only products from old site.

To can explain better, i have a site on OpenCart 2.3 with Journal 2, but this site its attacked by a virus and i can't remove it.
Now i want to make a new site on OpenCart 3 with Journal 3, and i need only the products from my old site.

Thank you very much!

P.S. Still have problem with UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE.

then ask your host where /opt/alt/php55/etc/php.ini is and if you may alter it.

what does the error message say?
I am sure it isn't " i have problem with UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE 2M and POST_MAX_SIZE 8M".

Contact www.getastra.com/pricing they will be able to sort everything out and secure the site.
