2 days ago they asked me for acces, yesterday I saw that they are on admin panel trying to repair it, and now they just let it how it was with no reply..
And yes I asked them support from opencart site.

A good point has been addressed here, however. I have failed determining the reason of this. It may be caused by some speedup/HTTPS redirect extension or hosting itself.
I can do my best to find the reason, but it will cost $50 as it solely specific to your site.

If you install the extension on a fresh copy of OpenCart with Journal 3, does the problem occur?
If so then it should be fixed for free.
If not, then it's something to do with your specific setup and it's perfectly reasonable to charge.
