Guess a wrong code in one of your templates through one of your extensions.
Primary a php instead a twig code which can happen if the extension is not compatible with OC 3.x

I've noticed some strange happenings..
I could not set the sort order in order totals of the "sub total" option it would never take a value. I noticed there was a bug fix for this and applied the changes and it allowed me to set a sort order for this.
But when trying to place an order it prevented any coupon code being added. I had to remove the sort order numbering totally from "sub total" option to allow a discount code to be applied..
This may have been the cause of the twig error.
