Hi, I have other domains with OpenCart and all is fine, however, I have installed OC3.0.3.1 last month on bachatakiss.co.uk and only have a few pages with only one product. Recently I wanted to export the bachatakiss.com database from phpMyAdmin and it was very slow, so I asked my shared hosting company and got the below response. I would appreciate if someone can help me out to speed up the database? Many Thanks
====================
This seems to be a problem related with only the database "BachataKiss_DataBaseName" where there are lots of rows which must be exported:

oc62_session 7,311
oc62_google_base_category 5,427
oc40_zone 4,108
oc62_zone 4,108

I am using English OpenCart 3.0.3.8, Default Template/Theme, php 7.4, Latest Brave Browser (No Ads-Blocker, etc.)

Zone's table is definitely not an issue. Try to clean the sessions table and see, how it works. But in general 5-6K rows isn't that much.

slow is an opinion, so quantify what you consider slow.

A lot of shared hosts deliberately slow down things like that for performance reasons.

You should use this instead of phpMyAdmin, it's super fast: https://www.adminer.org/

No way! It's beautiful when you experience how fast and efficient it is!

Tried it and couldn't stand the ugliness and over all "blast from the past" feeling. Still using PHPMyAdmin :-)

I use to export all my databases from the terminal in the past, however, when I needed to import them after a database error it didn't work. I was lucky I had another one exported from phpmyadmin which worked.
