Product inquiry Help

I am using OC-3.0.2 in Xampp windows,
recently installed "Product inquiry form / Product contact form" extension by "veskoto" , but unfortunately module install successfully but not working.
Problem details are as:
successfully installed .zip then refresh modification, now can see "Ask a Question" in product page.
click on it and filled all fields then clicked "Ask Us" (but nothing happened)
again uninstalled extension, make changing is "product.php" and "Product.twig" as per instructed in install.xml , for "product.php" line 14 to 21, for "product.twig" line 32 to 91, installed extension again "extension-->installer " then refreshed modification, now again able to see "Ask a Question" in product page.

Please help,
using OC-3.0.2 , and have Google SMTP Mail setting in Setting-->Setting--Store edit--> Mail (tab)

Ask the author as only he would know unless someone else has the same extension

already asked the author, but very slow response, still no reply from them,
if anyone tried or have any expertise in it plz help me in this.
I am new and low in PHP or else coding

Ask via here because extension authors who don't reply quickly have their commission taken away:
