Can't Display Images in Image Manager after upload

Hello,
I am on OpenCart Version 3.0.3.1 and my issue is as follows.

I am trying to upload images via the Image Manager and I cannot display them.

I navigate to the image tab, click on the image like in the image https://app.box.com/s/u9v7mr7fgboicxgyf9aa0qqxz7du1b3v

When opening up the image manager, I then notice other images are not resolving. So the file is there, it is not displaying.

I FTP into the server and I see one of the files I have listed.

I cannot get the image to display on the backend in the image manager, then it does not display on the front end.

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Follow the install.txt file's instructions from your downloaded OC Zip file from opencart.com and ensure your folder permissions are recursively set with your CHMOD settings as per indicated. An alternative would be to use your host file manager's console and re-create the image folder. This will propagate the default folder permission settings recursively as well.

Also, check your error logs and your developer tools console logs (F12). Forum rules.
