Yeah, looks funny. Probably, the theme you installed is bugged. Contact its developer.

There's no generic solution. I can look into the issue, if you wish. Drop me an email or text in Skype, if interested.

Many OpenCart themes are of poor quality. A web theme should not modify, nor upload, a database. Rather, it ought to be collection of some images, CSS, and a few template files.
Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
I have notice that if i changed my default theme it returns to work properly, can that lead to anything ?JNeuhoff wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 5:36 pmMany OpenCart themes are of poor quality. Sadly this is true.JNeuhoff wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 5:36 pmMany OpenCart themes are of poor quality. A web theme should not modify, nor upload, a database. Rather, it ought to be collection of some images, CSS, and a few template files.
That is why we have started to develop a few CSS only themes - this means they will work with all extensions, be extremely fast and reliable.
We have already released the first one:
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=36706
The second one looks like this and is finished, we are just about to upload it to the store:

Please support development of these high quality themes by considering purchasing so that we can spend the time to build more!

The main issue with such templates is that layout is mostly the same as default theme. People use Journal, because it's quite customizable. It comes with the prices, yes. Which makes me wonder, why nobody tried to create a theme with similar customizability, but less cluttered.paulfeakins wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 7:32 pmThat is why we have started to develop a few CSS only themes - this means they will work with all extensions, be extremely fast and reliable.
By the way, you can add some customizable stuff to your theme as well, if you generate part of the CSS file. Not even necessary to edit template files, just append some stuff to the end of CSS. If you already implemented this, sorry then :-)

Correct, we found it quite difficult to make the themes exciting and interesting within the constraints we set ourselves which were to use ONLY CSS, no adjustments to the template files at all, although for the second theme we have created a module we will release that outputs the HTML for categories.thekrotek wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 7:47 pmThe main issue with such templates is that layout is mostly the same as default theme. As above, we did not change any templates

We are hoping more theme developers will make CSS only themes in future.
I'm old enough to remember the days of HTML tables before CSS and the whole idea behind CSS was to make it possible to completely change the look of a website with CSS only - as long as the HTML structure is good and there are good class names like the legendary http://www.csszengarden.com/
Unfortunately responsive frameworks like bootstrap actually make this a little harder but it is still possible. I hope you like our work
