Hey there,
I’m running opencart 2.3.0.2, I recently migrated servers and have gotten everything up and running just fine. I have cleared up my opencart errors logs.
Whenever a customer places an order their order goes to missing or canceled.

I think that is unrelated, orders go missing when I checkout with cash on delivery. Also I’m still receiving payment, orders are just going missing.

If you properly set all order statuses in all extensions and store settings, then there's not generic solution. You can try to debug it yourself, if you have some coding skills or ask for commercial support. I can look into your issue, if you wish. Drop me an email or Skype message anytime.

@thekrotech, I would like to clear my vq and modification caches first to see if that fixes anything. I know its safe to clear the vqcache. But I don’t know much about oc mods, which folders are safe to clear? If that doesn’t work I will definitely be reaching out to you.

Cleaning cache won't help much, I think, because your issues is most likely related to configuration. Also some modification may interfere, but this should be addressed personally anyway.
