Slider Banners

For a number of weeks, I still have an issue with my 1140 by 380 Home Slider Banners not showing up at the proper size. Email support seems to get me nowhere. The Home Slider Banners appear to be getting mixed up with the Carousel Banners. That should be a 1 2 3 fix!
