I try to update via Softaculus from version 3.0.3.1 to version 3.0.3.2
I made the procedure step by step. I also make a backup.

I have cleared cookies, browser, Ctrl+F5 etc etc. I also try from different browser.

The page is not appearing and shows HTTP Error 500

If restore the backup to previous version, then it's all OK.

why is this happening ?
what step must do to solve this ?

To check your server access logs regarding the error 500 codes. 500 means that there was an internal server error response during the requests.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
