Paypal Express Check Out Collect Credit Card Information

hi, guys, my friend's website hacked, the paypal express checkout collect the credit card information.

when click the paypal express shipping option, it will pop up the credit card input frame.



any one have idea know where the bad code is hidden?

I have checked the modified date of all files, no files changed, includes the payment files.

any reply will do appreciate.
