Tried to make a back up copy of OC and an error page comes up saying:
www.windshieldrepair.com is currently unable to handle this request
HTTP ERROR 500
OpenCart's backup tool is pretty useless to be honest.
Better to use a backup option offered by your host.
But if you want to find out why OC's backup is failing, you should check your server logs for the real error message behind that 500 internal server error.
