. Red underlines!I have looked in modiles and extensions, but cnnot find where to edit the e-mail.
May be sombody tell where "to dig"?

System>settings> edit store and in store tab there is entry: E-Mail fr this store

This place was the second place where I changed the info, but it not work, sorry.
I cannot find special module or extensions for this. Scanned the scripts for the text string tron21@inbox.ru No this string.

Looks like a custom theme, it's probably hard-coded.
Try to find it here:

/catalog/view/theme/{your theme}/template/common/header.twigUK OpenCart Hosting | OpenCart Audits | OpenCart Support - please email info@antropy.co.uk
header.twig of your theme check not for email itself but for location where this email is displayed it will be variable then you can scan variable name where it comes from

Check for the file "footer.twig" in the path "/catalog/view/theme/{your theme}/template/common/footer.twig", if not share us the files which are present in under common folder.
