[SOLVED]
Hi there
I'm hoping someone can help me.
I decided to change my store logo and changed it in the store settings and via FTP too and still it won't change and there is just a little x placeholder and the name of my site, where the image should be.
I'm using OC 2.0.3.1 and this is my site link
www.little-you.co.uk
Thanks for any help given.

I didn't put the spaces or special characters in, I think it must of automatically done that...not sure.
I've changed the image of the logo in the settings and deleted the old logo out of the folders and because it's still showing the link to the old image, it's showing as page cannot be found.
The new image is …

I don't know how to remove the special characters in the image link, although I have tried too in the header.tpl
Would you be so nice and tell us all here what the problem was and how you fixed it?
And then mark the first post with [SOLVED].
thx.

Oh yes, sorry about that.
It was a simple and stupid mistake by me.
I changed the logo image link in the Header.tpl as I couldn't change it through my settings and I must of deleted a letter from the name of the folder it was originalily in. I didn't notice it until later on...what an idiot.
I did delete the gaps/special characters in the link too and it's now much better, so thank you for that advice.
Would you suggest to have no gaps in the folders and file names then?
Thanks again
Jackie

Yes, no gaps (spaces) and special chars like !"§$%&/()= (never!).
