I want to setup minimum total amount to checkout, if less than that minimum total amount, system should not accept to checkout.
I try to search, but cannot find any solution..

Searched.. not found, that's why asked for Help..
I Found some but it was for old version of Opencart, is not possible to use that solution because Opencart scripts changed a lot during evolution of versions.
So why you don't have posted that link and ask if someone can convert to 3.0.3.1?

If it's not on Google or in the marketplace then no, you should pay a developer from Commercial Support to do this for you.
