I want to notify customer by email when admin updates their customer history.
I do not know how to do.

In your admin dashboard go: Sales->Orders... View order. There...

Thank you for the answer. But I know what you're saying. I'm already using it. The setting I need will be in this area:
admin -> customer list -> edit customer -> add history
