Store credit problem

Hello,

I am using Opencart Version 2.3.0.2, I have credited a customer for $5 and when he tried to use it he was able to, but he got this error in the last step on the checkout page:

Could anyone try to explain to me what is going on? I am using the default "Store Credit" extension.

Try to remove that $5 from that account or you can use another account with no credit balance, see if the issue persist or not.
