Oepncart 3.0.2.0 cart issues

Hii Everybody,
I am newbie to opencart. I am using opencart 3.0.2.0 v. I am facing an issue with cart. After adding or removing any product from cart , my cart is not getting updated, I need to hard refresh (ctrl + F5) then only changes are seen in cart. Also sometimes on homepage cart icon shows num of products in cart but when we click it says your cart is empty. Pls if anybody has solution for it pls help me out. Any help is appreciated.
