I just got an SSL certificate but my website still defaults to http: on the home page and internal links. How do I change this? Do I need to edit the .htaccess file? When I enter https: into my browser I notice the custom formatting on my pages disappears. How can that be fixed?

1. Turn on SSL in System > Settings > Server.

2. Change your constants starting with HTTPS in the /config.php and /admin/config.php files to https:// instead of http://
