Manually delete the extension file and then clear your vqmod cache,& refresh your modification

Well, this Site HTTPS Setup is a plain Mess, your Journal does not link correctly, as it looks. 
You also did NOT make .htaccess to redirect all incoming calls to https:// either.
Just to name a few, by only checking the Main Page Source:
First configure your Shop correctly, to only make it HTTPS accessable,
also by use of some additional Code, placed in the .htaccess file, to make
sure, that all incoming calls (like http: //site -- http: //www .site -- https: //www .site )
are automatically re-directed to https: //site. ( Or then, in reverse...
)

and also check in the OC Extension Section, on what exists, in addition, on HTTPS
Mods for your Version, and it will at least work, as it should, after you also removed
every file, beeing Part of the Mod you disabled, manually out of the Server OC Software
