where is authorize.net module in Open Cart admin?

It looks like I set my authorize.net settings to only authorize and not auto-capture so I'm looking to make the change to do that. I'm running Open Cart 3.0.2.0.

However, I don't see anywhere in my Open Cart Admin where it has the authorize.net settings where I can make changes. Where is this section supposed to be?

Extensions/Payments (in drop-down bar)/ Authorize.Net(AIM) or (SIM)
