Unapproved accounts are acting as if they are approved.

Accounts that are not approved are still able to log in, view prices, and check out.
Using OC 2.3.0.2

My apologies, My error logs were empty at the time, and didn't have any other info to go. I felt like a dummy
I thought the unapproved accounts where accessible because I was able to login into them from Admin Customer View.
After un-approving an account and logging in I realized my dumb mistake.
