Since I installed opencart 3.0.2.0, the Theme Editor has never worked. Every link's just blank -- no drop downs, all is empty. Any help please?

Ensure your config.php and admin/config.php files uses the relative paths as the ones being created on your file server. Also ensure that your theme settings are properly defined from your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings page.
