Please help me!? New and need a knight in shining armour :)

HI all - i do hope you can help me

First of all i will apologise incase if ive posted this in the wrong place...

Ok so...ive set up my open cart site - a friend helped me but now hes dissapeared off the scene and im completley stuck with what to do...first of all he made my header bar purple - I HATE IT! i want a nice template but im struggling to find one for the new 1.4.7 versions as yet

Secondly its just abit poo and boring isnt it?! can anyone out there help me i just want my business to be a sucess! so far according to google analytics the traffic is getting to my site, but no one is buying! maybe its because paypal is the only payment method i have?! I was debating on using sage pay but at this moment in time im trying to keep overheads to a minimum....

So if my knight in shining armour is out there, please let me know
