0.6.5 BUG Edit Address Book Entries

1.- When I click in Edit button what I see is New Address form and NOT Edit Address.

Bug...

2.- And when I click Edit, to Edit my united States Address, I see first name, address, etc.... but Country and Region/State is ALWAYS in Peru (My country by default) BUG!!!

Maybe it's just 1 Bug, but at this time I see it like twice bug.

1. Here should be my address of Peru. Why it's not showing here???
2. here's an address of USA, as you can see this address is divided by
3. Here's an address of Brazil, and it's NOT divided by Why??
4. Another address of Chile, and neither divided by
5. Address of United Kingdom.... and guess what... divided by just like USA address.
6. When I clicked EDIT my Peruvian Address, here say: New Address. And it's going to change my peruvian address with Peru and Junion Region/State by default. Even If I want to EDIT USA address here ALWAYS WILL SHOW ME Peru Junin Region/Sate.... Why???

I have been very busy qworking on v0.7. I have already made a class that solves this problem in the next version.

I will try to get it finished tonight.
