CAN'T FIND OR REMOVE AN OCMOD FILE.

Hi, I recently did and installed an ocmod file on my store. I got an error message while installing; something that had to do with "value" or so. And the OCMOD did not appear on my modification list. So I can't find or edit this file from my store backend. Also I searched and checked my ocmod database in mysql but it's not there either. This file has created some unwanted changes on my store and no matter I try to change it, I just can't. Anyone has an idea how I can find and delete such file?

Check in system folder.
