Cart stopped working all of a sudden

Have not made any changes to the cart recently and it suddenly stopped working with the following error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/greendecore/storage/modification/system/library/cart/cart.php(420) : eval()'d code on line 1

Any help on troubleshooting or fixing the issue is greatly appreciated.

Also the error logs are full of these errors

Well looks like you have a modification that modified the cart in some way. Try disabling the modification/extension and contact the developer of it.

Backup and learn how to recover before you make any changes!

eval() is the hallmark of a hack. I suggest you urgently get a competent developer to look in to this, perhaps from the Commercial Support Forum.

Well, I had this Warning yesterday, trying to play around with PHP v.7.2.x.
After switching back to PHP 7.1.x, it was gone...
Just to have it mentioned.
