I have sent 6 message over the last 4 days without response - marketplace says he replies within 2 hours !!
Contact site support.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

Realy is a shame as its the only extention that seems to fit my needs 100%
If the extension seem to fit 100% of your needs, why would you need further support on it? !

In order to require support from unresponsive extension developer, as explained on the top reply, contact site support when that happens; not an issue the forum may usually provide support for.
