Currently i'm using OC 2.0.3.1 and Journal theme with superfilter. The applied filter results have an # in the url, preventing google from indexing the filters as long tail keywords. For example mysite.com/iphone#16gb,gold

What I want:
assume I have a categorie 'iphone', and you can filter on 8gb, 16gb, 32,gb / gold, grey etc.
How can i get url's that googling for iphone 16GB gold returns results for my site?
For example:
mysite.com/iphone/8gb
mysite.com/iphone/8gb/gold
mysite.com/iphone/8gb/grey
mysite.com/iphone/16gb
mysite.com/iphone/16gb/gold
mysite.com/iphone/16gb/grey
etc.

Which extension does this?

Normally filters only appear as &filter=30 at the end of the url so my guess is your theme or superfilter is changing them so you might contact the creator of them to see how you can modify the links.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I'm ok with not using journal's filter, if there is another filter or extension that is capable of what i'm asking.
