HTML Content tutorial?

So I can't figure out how to use the html content module.
Search here results in a billion results, none of which were what I am looking for...

My apologies.
Since this is the category "opencart 3.0" I guess I just naturally assumed folks would know that I am using version 3.0.....
And details were explained. Looking for a tutorial on how to use HTML Content.
