I am very new to OC 3.0 and seemed to have screwed up my contact form. I noticed yesterday, after an install of SEO PackPro that my contact form was no longer appearing (don't know if it was the app install or not). I put a page up with my contact information as a temporary fix, but it no longer has the form to submit. Is there a way to get this back? Where do I find it? Is it just a path issue? Do I need to reinstall something? My current page is: https://deepshadowboxes.com/contact
Well, that's all there is, on your contact Page, NO <form .... >
Section exists, to make this page work like it should, and so also adding
a form button somewhere, exept for the header search form...
Better re-upload the Theme contact. (tpl or twig) File again.

Thanks for your feed back. I re-uploaded the contact.twig file and the contact.php and I still don't have a correct contact form (cleared cache etc). I am thinking I have an incorrect path to the original contact form, but I am not sure how to get back to the correct form. I know the one that is up there doesn't have the form (I put that up so that customers would have some way to contact us. Before that, it just said that the file didn't exist.) I am completely lost and don't even know what information I can give you to have you look at it properly.Well, that's all there is, on your contact Page, NO <form .... >
