Hi,
I use oc2.2 when i set up category and subcategory im headache with an issue.
I set up a side category easily and input a friendly seo url like book, then i quickly set up a subcategory and choose book as parent and input book-history for sub category seo url,but when I goes to front-end from back end,i click the category menu, the browser says https://www.abc.com/book,the pages works fine and many books categorized showed up on the right side. Now here comes the issue, when i click the history book, the browser bar is https://www.abc.com/book/book-history,but the content page says that the category of history book can not be found, dramtically, when i delete book to make it https://www.abc.com/book-history,it works good as i want,if i keep book seo url blank,https://www.abc.com/book says category can not be found, however,if i add seo url,the subcategory can not be found.

When i remove book from book category data tab->seo url,but use book-history as the subcategory seo url,the browser address is
index.php?route=product/category&path=84 for book
index.php?route=product/category&path=84_85 for book history

I don't want it looks like this,i want friendly https://www.abc.com/book and https://www.abc.com/book/book-history

All the pages are https covered and converted to static pages except for the category pages are like
index.php?route=product/category&path=

Very headache

No precise OC version posted nor the reported issue. However, for your encountered SEO issues, no extension information has been posted which, assumingly, you might not be using one. There are countless SEO extensions you could use from the marketplace even for free to resolve the reported issue.
